As a certified Usui Reiki Practitioner, I am attuned to the subtle energies that flow through every person. My work channels universal life force energy to restore balance, release blockages, and nurture profound healing—rooted in the ancient lineages I carry within.
As an empath, I consciously open to my Clairvoyance, Clairsentience, Clairaudience, and Claircognizance throughout each session. From my Norse and Celtic roots, I remember lifetimes as a Priestess and Healer, channeling sacred energies to mend body, spirit, and soul; as a Norse Viking warrior, standing fierce in protection and sovereignty; as a Swedish Warrior Princess with Björn by my side as my battle horse; and as a Druid attuned to the whispers of earth, sea, and sky. These threads weave together with my cosmic essence as a Lyran Starseed—an ancient soul from the Lyra constellation, bearer of pioneering wisdom and spiritual integrity across realms.
Through dedicated study and practice in Usui Reiki, tarot, mediumship, animal communication, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), and the Akashic Records — further deepened by a powerful Kundalini Awakening in 2025 — I have cultivated a connection to the spiritual realm. This awakening delivered clarity and became a pivotal turning point in my spiritual path, greatly enhancing my intuition and energetic alignment. I am also mentored by my Soul Sister, Annet McCroskey, who always told me I’d be an Equine Healing Reiki Practitioner! Annet tragically lost her life on July 11th, 2025 at the age of 51 and yet she’s always by my side, in every Reiki session, in all of my daily activities and always bringing me messages from beyond. None of this would be possible without her continued love and support. Even in the afterlife she’s always there guiding me and showing me the magic on a day to day basis.
My horses serve as angelic beings, holding sacred space with extraordinary presence. They intuitively mirror and support each individual’s needs, creating a grounded and powerfully transformative experience.

My Story
What is Reiki?
The term “Reiki” is derived from two Japanese words: “Rei,” meaning “universal spirit,” and “Ki,” meaning “life energy,” together referring to a universal life force energy. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing practice that soothes the nervous system and supports balance within the mind, body, and spirit. Its calming energy promotes deep relaxation while helping to restore vitality and overall well-being.
My approach to Usui Reiki is rooted in the authentic teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui, honoring the simplicity and profound spiritual depth of this gentle Japanese healing art. I serve as a clear and compassionate channel for universal life force energy, allowing it to flow naturally to wherever it is most needed—whether through light touch, hands held gently above the body, the strategic placement of high-vibration crystals to amplify and deepen connections to the spiritual realm, or during a session in the presence of my horses. These gentle, non-judgmental beings act as energetic mirrors, helping clients ground themselves and release deep emotional blockages. Every session is intuitive and fully client-centered, guided by the Reiki energy itself, with the intention of fostering profound relaxation, restoring harmony, and supporting your body’s natural ability to heal on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
Coffee & Horses - A Gentle Introduction

Don’t know Reiki or energy work? You don’t need to. Come sit with the horses, share a cup of coffee or tea with me, and simply be.
Three things that often happen when you just sit with a horse:
The mind quiets. A horse lives in the present, and it is hard to stay in your thoughts when one is breathing beside you.
The body softens. Shoulders drop. Breath slows. The nervous system takes its cue from a large, calm animal.
You are met without judgment. A horse asks for no story and no performance — only that you show up as you are.
Many people feel drawn to the horses but aren’t sure about energy work yet — or simply prefer to ease in gently. This hour is designed for exactly that. You’ll sit with me in the presence of Björn and Warrior, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, and simply be. We can talk about whatever is on your heart. If it feels right, you can also receive a soft, seated mini Reiki session from your chair while you’re interacting with the horses — nothing overwhelming, just a gentle option if you’re curious.

Horses act as non-judgmental energetic mirrors, instantly reflecting your emotional state, hidden tensions, or blockages, which helps bring greater self-awareness and facilitates faster emotional release.
Their calm, grounded presence naturally regulates the nervous system, deepens relaxation, lowers stress and anxiety, and promotes a profound sense of safety and connection to the present moment—often allowing clients to access and process feelings more authentically than in traditional settings.
Your outdoor Equine Reiki Healing Session will take place at my barn where Björn the Mustang and Warrior the Arabian will join you for your magical session. No horse experience needed!
Please come prepared with your intention you’re setting for your session. We will talk for 10-15 minutes to discuss the intention you set that we’ll work on during the session.
Please note: I do not guide the horses while they’re in the arena with you. Healing with the horses is not about them crowding the table. They move as they wish — close beside you, at the rail, or simply sharing the pen — and all of it is love. Their gift is presence, not proximity. They feel what you carry and meet you there with a gentleness that doesn’t ask you to be anyone else. Even from across the round pen, they are with you. Distance is not absence. Often it is the kindest way they hold you, giving your heart the space it needs to soften.

Equine Healing Reiki for two - Having horses present during your Reiki session creates a uniquely powerful and grounding healing experience, blending the gentle flow of Usui Reiki energy with the intuitive, mirroring nature of these sensitive animals. Horses act as non-judgmental energetic mirrors, instantly reflecting the emotional states, hidden tensions, or blockages present between you — helping bring greater awareness and facilitating deeper emotional release for both of you.
Their calm, grounded presence naturally helps regulate the nervous system, deepens relaxation, lowers stress and anxiety, and promotes a profound sense of safety and connection. This often allows couples and friends to access and process feelings more authentically than in traditional settings - and for friends you would each set your own intention for your session.
Your outdoor Equine Reiki session will take place at my barn, where Björn the Mustang and Warrior the Arabian will join you for your shared experience. No horse experience is needed.
Please come prepared with an intention you’re each setting (or a shared intention if you prefer as a couple). We’ll talk for 10–15 minutes at the beginning to discuss what you’d like to focus on during the session.

House Clearing
A home holds more than walls and belongings. It holds the imprint of every conversation, transition, illness, argument, and joy that has moved through its rooms. Over time that energy can grow heavy, stagnant, or simply no longer match who you are at this time. Entities can enter (perhaps attached to someone entering your home) and wreak havoc, bring in a swarm of flies that appear from nowhere and create dark energy in certain areas of your home. How do I know? It’s happened to my home on numerous occasions. One never knows what entity(ies) can attach themselves to you when you’re out in about doing your daily activities - work, gym, dog park, grocery store, etc. We are ALL energy connecting with countless energies throughout the day and night.
House clearing is an intentional reset of your home’s energetic field — so the space feels lighter, clearer, and truly yours again.
What happens during the session
I begin with a brief walk-through together so you can show me the home and share anything that feels important. After that, I work alone. Silence helps me read the energy of each room, doorway, and hallway and spaces without interruption or interference.
Using Reiki clearing symbols, crystals, sound, and sage, I open the home’s Akashic Records, speak my invocations, and work with my spirit guides. With focused intention, I clear what no longer belongs, restore flow through the space, and close the session with a blessing of peace and protection.
Time varies with the size and needs of the home, typically 60–90 minutes.
Traveling outside of the South Bay Area can incur an additional cost depending upon your location. We can discuss when you reach out to book your appointment.

My Team of Angels
Björn is a 21 year old Mustang from the Pryor Mountains in Montana. He's living his best life on our pasture, helping heal hearts one at a time. Having lived a hard life with cowboys, then being used as a packhorse for a trail riding ranch in Montana, he's in his final home and living his best life with me 🧡 He's a right brain introvert, and the wise alpha of the herd. He loves balance, peace and harmony within his herd and he's a lot of fun to ride on the trails and Momma's Big Baby! During our sessions he's very focused on helping you ground yourself and restore inner peace 🧡Björn
Warrior is a 28‑year‑old Arabian with an impressive athletic past. Born to Arabian racehorse parents, he spent his early years racing on tracks in Colorado before his current owner brought him to California. There, he enjoyed a successful endurance career throughout his teenage years, winning several races along the way.
After retiring from endurance competitions, Warrior became a wonderful trail horse. He still gets out regularly and fully enjoys the relaxed lifestyle he’s earned.
Warrior has a sweet, curious temperament and a big heart. He loves dogs and people, and he’s always the first to greet new horses as they come and go from our barn. Every horse on our pasture considers Wally their BEST friend 🧡 Warrior
Hank is a 20-year-old American Bay Quarter Horse. He was raced in barrel racing when he was younger, which strained his suspensory ligaments resulting in a permanent injury. He later became a therapy horse at California State Prison, Corcoran through the New Beginnings program, helping incarcerated individuals build trust and manage emotions. He then worked as a therapeutic riding horse at Ride to Fly, supporting youth with various diagnoses through adaptive therapeutic horseback riding and equine-assisted learning. Participants build strength, balance, and coordination while also improving confidence, emotional regulation, and social skills in a supportive environment.. Now, he’s home on our pasture helping bring love and heal hearts one at a time 🧡Hank

My horses are at an active working barn with many horses, owners and leasers. With that said, I am NOT able to offer afternoon, evening or weekend sessions.
House clearing sessions are offered outside of these times. We will discuss a mutually agreeable day & time when you reach out to book your appointment.

My appointment schedule is limited to Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings at 8:30 AM.
This is a working barn with 7 horses, and these are the only times the arena is available for private Reiki sessions. I’ve chosen these specific slots to minimize disruption to the barn’s daily operations while ensuring the horses are in a calm, focused environment for their sessions.
I do not offer afternoon or weekend appointments and am unable to make exceptions to this schedule — even for your special request.

No. I offer one session once a day. There is a tremendous amount of healing done during our session with you, myself and the horses. After being in the session for 90 minutes, the horses are ready for down time and eating. I also like to give you time to gather yourself, ask questions and decompress before leaving. You CAN book a Couples/Friend session if you’d like to do the session together.

YOU MUST WEAR close toed shoes to the barn. NO sandals or flip flops. Wear what you’re comfortable wearing while lying on my table for an hour AND a top and bottom that you won’t be upset about getting dirty with the horses. When they nuzzle you they tend to leave a dirt mark. Most wear workout wear, leggings, shorts, dresses, pants. I’d skip wearing jeans and white clothing. They can be restrictive. Plan to remove your shoes. Some keep their socks on while others take them off.

Appointments are non-refundable unless canceled more than 48 hours in advance. If eligible for a refund, I will Zelle you your refund back. Missed or late-canceled appointments are forfeited.
All appointments are scheduled in Pacific Standard Time. It is the client’s responsibility to attend at the scheduled time.
Rescheduling: Please email me at NorseGoddessHealing@gmail.com 48+hours prior to your appointment. Last-minute requests are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture. Refunds are not automatic. If you cancel with proper notice, you must email NorseGoddessHealing@gmail.com to request one. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy: Missing your appointment without notice forfeits your session and makes you ineligible for a refund or rescheduling.
